Why Heritara

A steadier approach to keeping records

No pressure, no rushing

We work at your pace. Every visit is unhurried, and we never push you toward any formal decision or arrangement.

Plain everyday language

We explain what each document is and what it is typically used for, in clear language — not jargon or legal terms.

Everything in one place

Scattered papers become a single, well-labelled folder or archive that anyone in your household can find their way through.

Referrals to the right sources

When a question calls for a professional — a solicitor, an accountant, a government office — we point you in the right direction clearly.

Made for families

Our summaries and briefings are designed so that other family members can understand the archive too, not just the person who built it.

Discreet and respectful

We handle your documents carefully and confidentially. We treat your paperwork, and your household, with the consideration they deserve.

Ready when you are

Would it help to have a conversation first?

There is no obligation in reaching out. If you have questions about what we do or would like to understand which programme might suit your household, we are glad to talk it through quietly.

Common Questions

What people usually ask us

What exactly does Heritara do?

We help households gather, sort, and label their important papers into a clear and accessible archive. We explain what each document is typically used for, in plain language. We do not offer legal, financial, or formal advisory services — we focus on organisation and general information only.

Do you give legal or financial advice?

No. Our work is educational and organisational. If your situation calls for formal guidance — from a solicitor, notary, or financial professional — we will point you clearly toward appropriate official sources. We are here to help you feel informed and prepared, not to act as advisors.

How long does a session or programme take?

The Records Starter Sort is typically a single visit of two to three hours. The Information Sessions run across two or three scheduled meetings. The Family Archive Programme is a more comprehensive engagement spread over several weeks, depending on the volume of documents and the household's availability. We work at your pace throughout.

What types of documents do you help organise?

Common documents include identification papers, property-related records, insurance policies, vehicle documents, financial account summaries, medical records, and any other papers a household typically accumulates over time. We sort and label what you have and help you understand what each category generally contains.

What is included in the printed materials?

Depending on the programme, you will receive a printed document organizer, session notes in plain language, a glossary of common terms, and for the full programme, a written summary and a home filing layout. These are designed so anyone in your family can pick them up and understand them easily.

Do you visit our home, or do we come to you?

For sorting and archive work, we typically visit your home, since that is where your documents are. Information sessions can be arranged either at your home or at our Chiang Mai office on Charoen Prathet Road, whichever you prefer. Please ask us when you get in touch and we will find an arrangement that suits you.

How do I know which programme is right for us?

You are welcome to simply describe your situation when you contact us, and we will explain what each programme involves and which might be a reasonable starting point. There is no obligation. If you are unsure, the Starter Sort is a gentle way to begin — it requires only one visit and gives you a clearer picture of what your household holds.
