These terms set out the basis on which Heritara provides document organisation and record-keeping information services. Please read them at your ease before engaging our services.
About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply each time you enquire about, book, or receive any service from Heritara. By proceeding with a booking, you indicate that you have read and understood these terms.
These terms are written in plain language so they are easy to follow. If anything is unclear, please contact us before booking and we will do our best to explain.
Our Services
Heritara offers three document organisation and information programmes to households in and around Chiang Mai:
Records Starter Sort
฿3,650A single in-home visit to gather and clearly label common household documents into one organised folder. Includes a printed organiser and plain explanation of document types.
Record-Keeping Information Sessions
฿14,200A set of two to three sessions explaining common record-keeping paperwork in plain language. Educational in nature only. Includes printed notes and a reference glossary.
Family Archive & Summary Programme
฿34,400A complete programme to build a clearly labelled household archive with a written summary, home filing layout, and a family briefing session. Organisational and informational only.

Scope & Limitations
Heritara provides document organisation and general record-keeping information only. Our services are entirely non-advisory. This means:
- â–ªWe do not offer advice on legal arrangements, estate planning, inheritance, taxation, or related formal matters.
- â–ªWe do not draft, review, or complete any official documents, forms, or contracts on your behalf.
- â–ªWe do not represent you before any government office, authority, or institution.
- â–ªInformation we share during sessions describes how record-keeping processes are commonly understood, and is not a substitute for formal professional guidance.
Where a matter requires formal professional involvement, we are happy to point you towards appropriate official bodies or refer you to relevant sources.
Bookings & Confirmations
A booking is confirmed once we have spoken with you or exchanged written confirmation by email or message, and you have indicated that you wish to proceed.
We will confirm the date, time, and programme before the first visit or session. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if your circumstances change so we can make arrangements that suit you.
There is no automated booking system. All arrangements are made by direct conversation or correspondence so we can understand your household's particular situation before we arrive.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are as shown on our website at the time of enquiry and are stated in Thai Baht (฿), inclusive of all printed materials described for each programme. Prices do not include travel costs for households outside central Chiang Mai, which we will discuss with you in advance.
Payment arrangements will be confirmed in writing before the first visit or session. We will let you know our preferred payment methods at that point.
We aim to keep our pricing straightforward. If you have any questions about what is or is not included, please ask us before confirming.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule a visit or session, we ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance where possible so we can rearrange accordingly.
If we need to reschedule on our side due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as early as we can and offer an alternative date that is convenient for you.
Our cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. If you have any concerns, please raise them with us directly and we will work through them with you.
Conduct & Access
Our team works in your home as respectful guests. We will handle documents carefully and return everything to where it belongs unless instructed otherwise. We do not remove originals from your home without your explicit permission.
We ask for a comfortable working space and reasonable access to the documents that are within the scope of your chosen programme. You are welcome to be present throughout any visit or session.
We do not discuss your records with anyone outside your household, except where you have asked us to pass information to another family member involved in the programme.
Printed Materials
Certain programmes include printed organisers, notes, glossaries, or summary documents prepared for your household. These materials are provided for your personal use to assist with record-keeping. They do not constitute formal documentation, official forms, or professional guidance of any kind.
Printed materials are specific to your household and are not intended for wider distribution.
Liability
Heritara provides organisational and informational assistance only. We do not accept responsibility for decisions made in relation to formal arrangements, official processes, or documents that are outside the scope of our services.
We take care with the physical documents in our hands during a visit and carry appropriate indemnity for our work. If something is damaged or misplaced in connection with our visit, please let us know and we will address it fairly.
For matters involving formal legal or financial arrangements, we strongly encourage you to seek guidance from qualified professionals.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and how you can manage your preferences. By using our services, you acknowledge that we may hold contact and correspondence details in line with that policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any matter arising from them that cannot be resolved by direct conversation will be considered in accordance with applicable Thai jurisdiction.
We hope that any question or concern can always be addressed simply and directly. Please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve things in a straightforward way.
